Fasting is unplugging from the world & its distractions in order to focus our attention on Jesus. We’re going to eliminate food to make room for everything God wants to do in our lives, our families, our church and our world.

How to fast:
- Food fast - Some are eliminating certain foods, like sweets, meat, dairy, caffeine, etc. Others are fasting one meal a day, or not eating during certain times of the day (eg, sunrise to sunset). Others are doing paleo, whole 30 or a Daniel Fast. Please consult your physician before you make any drastic changes to your diet.
- We are encouraging a food fast, but you can also include a media fast (social media, tv, etc.)
