There will be no Saturday night service at MissionHQ the week of Easter. Our regular weekend service times will pick back up the following weekend.  We will not be livestreaming our Easter service, but it will be available to watch later in the day.

GENERAL INFO

+ Is there a fee for parking or entry?

No! Parking and entry to the venue are completely free.

+ What time does the service start, and what time do the parking lot and doors open?

Service begins at 10:00am, parking opens at 8am and the doors open at 9am, at which time you can enter and save your seats.

We are anticipating a large crewd, so we recommend everyone arrive early to assure you are in your seats by 10am.

Please note, there is a fairly long walk up a low sloping hill to get from most parking lots to the Pavilion. Please plan for some extra time to park and walk to your seat.

+ Do I need to reserve a seat or sign-up for this Easter service?

No reservations are needed. All seating is first come, first served.

No, this will be a family service. Children are encouraged to attend with their parents. The Lawn will be open, so feel free to bring a blanket and enjoy space for kids to move around and connect with other families.

FOOD & DRINKS

We will have free cookies available in the courtyard. You are welcome to bring your own water or coffee. Please note, the Concord Pavilion has a strict no plastic container policy.  Please use a reusable or compostable cup.

SECURITY

Yes. All attendees may have their belongings searched prior to entry. Please plan to arrive early in case of any delays.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Yes. Accessible Parking: Located in Lot A. Enter through Gate B and follow signage. Please let staff know upon arrival (see map below).

Family Drop-Off: You may drop off passengers at the front entrance before parking in any lot. Lot A is recommended for easiest access.

Yes. Enter through Gate B (see map below). Drop-off and pick-up is located in C-Lot. Please pull all the way into the lot, and do not block the bus zone. Parking staff will guide you upon arrival.

ACCESSIBILITY

ASL Interpretation will be available during service.  Please ask an usher for seating directions upon arrival.

Restrooms: Located in East Plaza, West Plaza, and the Lawn. All include accessible facilities. No single-user restrooms available.

Accessible Parking is located in Lot A. Enter through Gate B and follow signage. Please let staff know upon arrival (see map below).  There is also an elevator that grants access to the lower levels of the Pavilion.

Please note, there is a fairly long walk up a low sloping hill to get from most parking lots to the Pavilion. If this is a concern for you, please make use of the ADA/Family Parking lot noted on the map.

Please be aware that the Concord Pavilion is an outdoor venue, with mostly covered seats. Please be prepared for the morning cold by wearing layers.
