Prayer & Fasting

We'd love for you to join us for 21 days of prayer & fasting, starting January 11th.  Fasting is unplugging from the world & its distractions in order to focus our attention on Jesus. We’re going to eliminate food or media to make room for everything God wants to do in our lives, our families, our church and our world.


How to fast:
- Food fast - Some are eliminating certain foods, like sweets, meat, dairy, caffeine, etc. Others are fasting one meal a day, or not eating during certain times of the day. Others are doing paleo, whole 30 or a Daniel Fast. Please consult your physician before you make any drastic changes to your diet.
- Media fast (social media, tv, etc)


Next steps:
- Choose your fast
 - Commit and plan
- Schedule time for prayer each day, starting January 11th
and continuing through January 31st.
